The details: Central location, excellent breakfast buffet, variety of items on sale, free access to internet and printing facility, ironing room, possibility to check out at 12 noon, relatively good value for money.

The location of the hotel was not well marked, it was difficult to find; no safety box in the room, the curtains in the bathroom were not working.

Central location, helpful staff, bicycles available, interior a bit outdated but comfortable. Some rooms above 4th floor has great view on the roofs and city churches.

The room was big and clean, free WI-FI, very nice breakfast (quality and variety). Excellent location, room service.

The decoration is a bit dated for my taste, and the car parking too expensive.

It has a superb bar and amicable staff. Rooms are neat and brilliant with a double bed, closets, as example, food is decent. The service at the restaurant is exceptional.

The room is a bit cramped.

The unique window seating area was perfect for enjoying the festive street lights, while the incredible breakfast spread exceeded our expectations.

The hotel location made it easy to travel all over Stockholm. The staff made it their business to provide us all the information we would need to have a great stay in Stockholm.

The location is perfect, near the central station but not too close, in a busy shopping area but still a bit secluded and very quiete in the rooms. We had very good nights' sleep. Good breakfast. When the breakfast area got crowded, they opened another dining area.

The bathroom was a bit old and shabby although it was clean and everything worked well. It would certainly benefit from renovation.

Really good breakfast buffet

The service was mostly very good - friendly and helpful and prompt. The waitress in the restaurant in the evening was welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Considering the time of year, for the location, the quality, and the price, it was value for money.

When I was checking in, the member of staff serving me was talking on the phone (to another guest) and not paying attention to my needs. This was supposed to be a 4-star hotel but it was 2.5 star quality in the room I was in. Some of the surfaces were cracked or paint was peeling. Some of the other guests were pushy and rude at the breakfast sitting.

The restaurant was great with super cool staff, I tried healthy dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were very polite. The pool was good and I had delicious drinks in the roof top bar. Moreover, I parked outside.
